I have not received a track and trace link

After placing your delivery, it is forwarded to our external warehouse for processing, which will take a maximum of 2 days. When the parcel is ready for delivery, it is handed to DHL or GLS.

When your order has been scanned, you will receive an email with the track and trace link. This allows you to follow your order from the moment it is being processed at DHL or GLS. So, a track and trace link will not be sent immediately!

Dispatches for (mail) delivery – such as caps and carriers – cannot be traced.
