How to place your order in the Dopper webshop?
Without customisation1. Browse and choose the product
Visit the shop’s homepage (link to: https://shop.dopper.com/) and click on the product in the colour and size of your liking. You arrive on the product detail page where you can read more about the product.
2. Add to cart
Click the button ‘Add to basket’ when you’ve selected the product of your choice.
3. Optional: add a second product
When adding the product to the basket, a pop up is visible where you have the choice to select 2 products to be added to your cart. This could be a different bottle (category, colour or size) and / or an accessory such as the Dopper carrier (link to: product) or the Dopper Sport Cap (link to: product)
4. Proceed to checkout
Review your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right.
5. Make the payment
Select your preferred method of payment and complete the payment for your order.
6. Order placed
Within the payment page, click to return back to the Dopper shop to place your order. You’ll be automatically returned to the order confirmation page in the Dopper shop. You can now close the Dopper shop.
A customized bottle or cup
1. Browse and choose the product
Visit the shop’s homepage (link to: https://shop.dopper.com/) and click on the product in the colour and size of your liking. You arrive on the product detail page where you can read more about the product.
2. Go to the customiser
Click the button ‘Customise’ when you’ve selected the product of your choice.

These are the choices to make within the customization process:
- Choose bottle category (Dopper Original, Dopper Insulated, Dopper Steel, Dopper Glass)
- Choose bottle colour (only for Dopper Original and Dopper Insulated)
- Spice things up with one of the latest patterns and / or add a text or your name
- Only add a text or your name
- Upload a nice picture (of your cat, your face or your dad's favourite plant).

When customising a cup only, first select the correct cup from our selection of spare parts (link to: ). Not sure which cup you need? We're here to help. Just answer these questions (link to: ). Then follow step 3 to 5 above.
3. Add to cart
Review your order and proceed to checkout.
