Dopper is committed to sustainable delivery.

Our efforts focus on three key areas: packaging optimisation, efficient logistics and CO₂ reduction.

1. Sustainable packaging

Dopper minimises unnecessary packaging by using lightweight, functional and recyclable materials. Our cardboard packaging is FSC-certified, our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled materials and we carefully select materials with the lowest environmental impact. Additionally, our packaging is plastic-free, with no unnecessary fillers or extra layers.

2. Efficient and green logistics

Dopper actively supports sustainable transport solutions, including:

  • Bundled shipments to minimise transport movements and reduce emissions.
  • Collaboration with sustainable carriers that use electric vehicles or alternative fuels.
  • Reuse of product packaging and minimising packaging waste.

3. CO₂ compensation and reduction

In addition to reducing emissions wherever possible, Dopper compensates for remaining transport-related CO₂ emissions by partnering with sustainability initiatives such as DHL’s Go-Green program. We are constantly looking for new solutions and collaborations to further improve sustainability, including CO₂-neutral transport.

What can you do?

Make sure someone is home to receive your Dopper package. This helps avoid a second delivery attempt or a trip to a pickup point, preventing unnecessary CO₂ emissions. If you’re not home, your package may be delivered to a neighbour or the courier will try again the next day (except Sundays).

Have you chosen a pickup location?

During checkout, you can select one of the pickup locations available in your country. Your Track & Trace code will let you know when your package is ready for pickup. If there’s a pickup location nearby and you can walk or bike, that’s the best choice with the lowest CO₂ impact.
